For a more exclusive practice, why not book a 1-2-1 private session. These can be either in the comfort of your own home in person or via zoom, or at my private home yoga studio.
Private one to one sessions can help to tailor make a range of practices specifically for you, helping you to start feeling stronger, energised and more flexible. They are perfect for those who do not feel comfortable in a class setting or feel they need a little more expert guidance.

If you are considering regular 121 sessions, the first meeting will be complimentary* so that we can meet face to face to familiarise ourselves with each other.
During this time we will discuss any health issues you may have, determine your current level of fitness and gain a deeper understanding of how you move. This assessment will provide me with an idea of the specific areas you would like to focus on.

Based on this information we can then devise a plan to determine the number of session you would like to have and the frequency of those sessions in order to help you achieve your objectives.
I specialise in pelvic floor health and postnatal exercise, but yoga overall can help you to create a mindset towards well rounded better health, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Sessions can be morning or afternoon. There are limited slots available on Saturday mornings.
Pay as you Go £50 per one hour session. Discounts offered for block bookings. *Please note: Complimentary session relates to block bookings.
Please download and complete the Health Questionnaire below prior to our session.
